Year End Yoga Sessions - Winter Reset Yoga / Holiday Drop-In Series
Instructor: Sandra McGarva 200RYT
Take time to unwind and reconnect during the busy season.
Each class offers a blend of gentle movement, stretching, and guided relaxation to restore body and mind.
Year-End Candlelight Yoga& Restore – Unwind from the holidays and gently close out the year with candlelight, slow stretches, and restorative poses. Release tension, reflect, and create space for calm as you move into the new year. All levels welcome to this cozy, grounding practice.
Flow & Stretch Yoga – A balanced class blending gentle standing flows with deep floor stretches to build strength, mobility, and calm. Move mindfully to release tension and restore balance. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor without assistance.
Candlelight Pre-Bedtime Yoga Stretch & Restore – Ease into rest with a soothing candlelit class of gentle stretches and restorative postures. Set fresh intentions and quiet the mind through a brief guided meditation. A peaceful way to prepare body and mind for deep, restful sleep. All levels welcome.

- Mon Dec 29 ,7-8pm – Year end Candlelight Yoga & Restore
- Tues Dec 30, 4-5 pm – Flow & Stretch
- Tuesday Dec 30, 5:45-6:45pm – Flow & Stretch
- Wed Jan 7, 5:45-6:45 pm – Flow & Stretch
- Mon Jan 12,8:15-9:15 pm – Candlelight Pre Bedtime Stretch & Restore
Cost: $50 for up to 6 sessions (Attend what works for your schedule)

55+ Exercise Program
Linden Woods Community Centre is excited to offer a weekly older adult exercise program! This total body workout is a must for the 55+ population who wish to improve their muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and maintain independence. Participants are required to bring their own dumbbells and resistance bands.
Date & Time: Monday’s from 1- 2pm, September 8- December 22 (no class October 13).
Register for all 14 weeks ($112) or drop-in ($10).
Lead by a certified exercise professional.

It boasts a large farmer`s market with over 45 vendors, bouncy castles and a parkour course for the littles, live music, and cultural dance presentations. It will be a fantastic afternoon!
