Zumba 

Yvonne Bayer-Cheung is a licensed Zumba Instructor with certifications in Zumba Level 1 &2, Zumba Toning, Zumbatomic and Zumba Gold. She is also a certified FIS (Fitness Instructor Specialist), and CanFitPro member and CPR Trained. Yvonne has over 10 years of dance and teaching experience.

​Fit 4 Two  Fitness

Fit 4 Two Stroller Fitness is a mobile way for you to get a full body work out and still be able to attend to your baby’s needs. Each class includes intervals of power walking with the stroller, functional strength training and cardio drills followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility.  Our mobile intervals are ideal for babies who like to be on the move. Come out and meet other moms in your community!

Fit 4 Two  Bootcamp

Stroller Bootcamp for moms & babies/tots includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core.  Benefit from the camaraderie of other moms in your community while getting in a high intensity full body workout.  Women must be 8+ weeks postpartum and have been exercising regularly (cardio and strength training) for 6+ weeks, be injury free and not have diastasis recti.
