INTRO TO SPORTS is a youth program that offers multiple learning opportunities for several sports. The goal is to provide youth with the opportunity to try a variety of sports and learn the fundamentals of these sports without having to commit to a long-term team. It will allow youth to gain experience in sports and provide them with the basic playing skills.
